I consider this in many ways worse than murder. Just sick.
The first house she ran to for help, the person didn't let her in, but did call 911 - I certainly hope they at least gave her a coat to wear, or something.

Police urged parents to take action to keep their children safe at school bus stops after a 14-year-old girl was abducted from one Friday and raped behind a vacant house on the Far Eastside.
The Marshall Middle School student was waiting alone before dawn for a school bus scheduled to arrive about 7 a.m. at 41st Street and Alsace Drive when a man in a white car abducted her at knifepoint.
Police later said they are working on a sketch of the attacker.
The man drove about six blocks to a vacant house and raped her in a shed in the 3700 block of Decamp Drive, between Post and Franklin roads. He took her clothes with him.
She ran naked from the shed. according to neighbors, and knocked on doors seeking help.
The first person she went to called police about 7:22 a.m. but was too afraid to open the door, said Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Sgt. Matthew Mount. The girl ran to another house, where the resident let her inside, Mount said.
The girl was treated for facial bruises, a knife cut to her finger and other injuries at Riley Hospital for Children, said IMPD Lt. Doug Scheffel. Police have not released the girl's name, and The Indianapolis Star does not typically identify victims of sexual assault.
Carolyn Hardaway, who lives across the street from where the girl was raped, said neighbors are on edge.
"That's just heartbreaking," said Hardaway, whose 16-year-old daughter rides the same school bus as the victim. "We got to watch our little girls more closely now.''
Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson issued a written statement after learning of the attack.
"Our hearts go out to this young girl and her family. No one should have to suffer through what they are experiencing right now. I know that IMPD will devote all the resources necessary to make sure this criminal is brought to justice."
The homes on Decamp Drive are primarily ranch-style bungalows with neat lawns. The vacant home where the attack took place is for sale but appeared cared for.
Marshall students were not aware of the attack, but their parents were notified Friday, said Mary Louise Bewley, a spokeswoman for Indianapolis Public Schools.
"We want to let parents talk to them about ways to stay safe."
There was nothing the school could have done to protect the child, she said.
"She's on a stop with four other kids," Bewley said. "Apparently she was the first one at the stop."
School officials will decide Monday whether to offer counseling services to other Marshall students, she said.
"We're just focused on the child and making sure she has whatever support she needs," Bewley said, "because it's tragic."
Police said the attacker was a black man, about 5-foot-9, wearing dark pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt. He was driving a white car, possibly four-door.
"It's always a good idea to have adults around when kids are waiting for the bus," Mount said. "Have the kids stay in groups and beware of suspicious cars or people hanging around."
Don't be afraid to call 911 if something raises internal alarms, Mount said.
"Watch out for each other."
Police are urging anyone with information about the attack to call Detective Linda White at (317) 327-3330.

On a very side note: This certainly isn't a ringing endorsement for daylight savings time. Because now at 7:00 AM it is dark and in years past it was light.
